How to read it
Every number is points scored minus points allowed per 100 possessions (net rating). The big number on each row is the gap: the team with him minus the team without him. It says what happened, not who caused it: a backup who shares the floor with four starters looks great, and one who plays only behind them looks poor.
Who qualifies
Fifteen minutes on the floor and five off it per team game. The bar grows with the season, so the board stays honest in November and means more by March.
Where it comes from
We rebuild who was on the floor from every substitution and check each game against the official minutes. 6 games this season did not reconcile and are left out. The full method.
