How fresh is it?
Live when it matters. During a game the tracker and the scoreboard update in place every 20 seconds, without reloading your page. Everything else refreshes every few minutes: injuries through the day, standings and stats after every game.
Will it slow my site down?
No. It loads only when a reader scrolls to it, sets no cookies, runs no ads and no trackers, and doesn't touch your consent banner.
