What we got wrong
Every correction we make is listed here, with the date, the page and what changed. Because pages are rewritten from their data, a corrected page carries the corrected text itself; this log is the record of the change.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the page address and what is wrong. We read every message; substantive errors are fixed within 24 hours, and the rule that let the error through is changed for all thirty desks. How the desks work is on the newsroom page.
Corrections log
A correction is any change to a published fact: a wrong number, a wrong date, a player on the wrong team, a report attributed to the wrong reporter. When one is found, by a reader, by the newsroom or by the automatic checks that compare every page with its source, the page is fixed first and the change is logged here with the page, the date and what changed. Small fixes of spelling or layout are not corrections and are not logged. The log stays public and complete: nothing is removed from it.
No corrections have been recorded yet. The site opened in September 2026; entries appear here the moment a correction is made.
What counts as a correction
- Logged here: a wrong fact in a text or a table that stayed on the page (a score, a status, a contract figure, a name, a date, a claim not supported by the data), a misattributed report, a wrong source.
- Not logged: a data block that refreshed on schedule and showed the newer value (that is an update, and the timestamp says so), typos that change no meaning, and rewrites of a page after its data moved.
