These terms govern your use of hoopsnightly.com (the "site"), published by CR OU OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia ("we"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Using the site
The site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may link to any page. You may not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site's content or data, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated access to the site's data is not permitted without written agreement; ask at [email protected].
Our content
Original text, graphics, audio, design and the compilation of data on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Facts (scores, statistics, schedules) are not owned by anyone; our arrangement of them is ours. Photographs from Wikimedia Commons are used under the license shown on each image and remain their authors'. Embedded video and social posts belong to their platforms and owners and are subject to those platforms' terms.
Your content
When community features are available, anything you post remains yours, and you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and distribute it on the site and in our channels. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we moderate with a mix of automated tools and human review.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with: your contact details; identification of the work; the address of the material on the site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, notify the person who posted the material.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data is accurate or complete at any moment (see the disclaimer). Estimates and analysis are opinions and models, not facts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Third-party services and affiliate links
Links to ticket marketplaces, streaming services and other third parties are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms. Some are affiliate links that may earn us a commission.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or end access to the site or to community features for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country or state of residence.
