Giannis Antetokounmpo Joins Rebuilt Heat Roster For 2026-27

A New-Look Roster
Miami's roster looks different heading into training camp. Giannis Antetokounmpo, age 31, is now on the Heat after a deal that sent Tyler Herro, Norman Powell, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kel'el Ware and Kasparas Jakučionis away. Herro, Jaquez and Ware now play for the Bucks; Powell landed with the Bulls. Bam Adebayo, Andrew Wiggins, Tim Hardaway Jr., Bobby Portis Jr. and Klay Thompson remain from last year's group, along with Nikola Jović, Davion Mitchell and Pelle Larsson. The roster mixes veterans — Thompson at 36 with 15 years of experience, Hardaway Jr. at 34 with 13 — with younger pieces like Vladislav Goldin, Ryan Conwell and rookie Tre Donaldson. Health Watch Before The Opener
