Atlanta and Charlotte made a trade: the Hawks get Dorian Finney-Smith ($13.3M cap hit), the Hornets get Buddy Hield ($9.7M) and Ryan Nembhard ($2.2M). Charlotte also signed Tre Carroll and waived DJ Armstrong. Indiana brought back James Johnson on an Exhibit 9 deal, and Miami claimed Bez Mbeng off waivers ($2.2M). Denver signed Boopie Miller to an Exhibit 10 deal and lost Reese Dixon-Waters and Keonte Jones.
