Orlando Magic guard Anthony Black was cleared on the injury report Wednesday, moving off Day-To-Day. He is available for Thursday's game at Phoenix as the Magic try to end a two-game losing streak.

What happened

Anthony Black was listed as Cleared on the official injury report at 2:16 PM ET on Wednesday, Nov. 4. He had been Day-To-Day for rest on Tuesday, Nov. 3, after being listed Out for rest on Monday, Nov. 2. The report gives no injury detail and no comment with the update, and no return date is announced because none is needed. The 22-year-old guard has moved on and off the report several times this season. He was Day-To-Day with a right ankle issue on Oct. 23 and Day-To-Day for personal reasons on Oct. 28.

What it means for the Magic

Orlando plays at the Suns on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 9:00 PM ET. The Magic are 2-5, 11th seed, and have lost two straight. Black is averaging 16.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 27.9 minutes over four games. Orlando is 2-2 with him and 0-3 without him. The timing matters because Paolo Banchero (right ankle) and Jalen Suggs (right knee) are both listed Out. In the games Black missed, Franz Wagner played 35.8 minutes, Desmond Bane 34.8 and Tristan da Silva 29.4. Jase Richardson played 21.2 minutes and Jevon Carter 17.6.

What to watch

The next injury report will show whether Black carries any designation into Thursday night. Nothing is announced on that front. Banchero and Suggs remain Out, along with Noah Penda (hamstring), Jonathan Isaac (left knee) and Izaiyah Nelson (left ankle), and no return dates are announced for them. Watch Black's minutes at Phoenix and how the guard rotation is split among Black, Richardson and Carter with Suggs sidelined.

Is Anthony Black playing at the Suns?

He was cleared on Wednesday, Nov. 4, and no longer carries a designation on the injury report. The Magic play at the Suns on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 9:00 PM ET. Any change would appear on the next report.

When will Anthony Black be back?

He is already cleared, so no return date is needed. His earlier absences were listed as rest, and the report gives no injury detail on this update. The Magic's next game is Thursday at Phoenix.
