San Antonio is still 0-0 with no regular season games played, but the training camp roster kept moving on September 25. Jon Elmore and Malik Williams joined as Miles Barnstable was waived, the latest churn ahead of an October slate that includes four preseason games and an October 20 opener against the Thunder. The payroll number attached to it all is unchanged: $198.3 million, over the cap and under the tax line.
