Leonard Miller Is Averaging 34.1 Minutes a Night
Miller's minutes have jumped 18.5 a game over his last five outings, well above his season mark.
Leonard Miller is averaging 34.1 minutes a night over his last five games. That is 18.5 minutes above his season average of 15.6, through 46 games in 2025-26, as of April 12.
The gap is stark. Over most of the season, Miller logged about fifteen and a half minutes a night for the Bulls and scored 7.8 points a game. In his last five games, his minutes have more than doubled.
For the jump to hold, Miller needs to keep getting that same workload game after game, not just in a short stretch. Five games is a small sample against a season of 46. If his minutes settle back toward his season number, the last five games will read as a short run tied to a handful of games rather than a new role.
If it holds, the Bulls are using Miller in a far bigger role than his season line shows. That would make his season numbers, including the 7.8 points a game, a poor guide to what he is doing right now. The next several games will show whether 34.1 minutes a night is where Miller stays or where he was for one stretch.
