Six preseason games closed out the exhibition slate. Boston beat Cleveland 124-113 on the road, and Miami topped New Orleans 128-118 at home. Washington won at Madison Square Garden, 111-109 over New York, and Brooklyn beat Philadelphia 114-108. Atlanta closed out San Antonio 123-116, and the Lakers held off Sacramento 114-110 at home. Every team remains 0-0 with the regular season still to come.
Tonight
The preseason schedule thins out to two games. Houston plays at Dallas at 8:00 AM ET, and Memphis visits Chicago at 8:00 PM ET. Both games air on NBA TV.

Boston's report carried a cluster of rest-related day-to-day tags on Jayson Tatum, Paul George, Derrick White, Payton Pritchard and Neemias Queta, while Sam Hauser is out for rest. Cleveland's James Harden is day-to-day with a right ankle issue. Brooklyn's Michael Porter Jr. is day-to-day with a left wrist issue. New Orleans' Dejounte Murray is day-to-day with a right toe issue, and San Antonio's De'Aaron Fox is day-to-day, undisclosed. Sacramento's Domantas Sabonis and Washington's Khris Middleton are also day-to-day, Middleton for rest.
