Oklahoma City added three players on camp contracts Sept. 26, growing the non-guaranteed tier of the roster to four signings since mid-September. The preseason schedule is set, four regulars carry the same Oct. 1 target return, and the record stays 0-0 with the opener four weeks out.

Three Camp Deals Land

Robert McCray V, Andrew Holifield and Zhaire Smith all joined Oklahoma City on Sept. 26, signing camp contracts according to RealGM. They follow Christoph Tilly, whose Exhibit 10 deal came Sept. 14, giving the front office four non-guaranteed additions in less than two weeks. None of the four carry a number yet, and no report has indicated which, if any, survive final cuts.

Preseason Schedule Set

The preseason opens Oct. 6 at home against New Orleans, followed by Milwaukee two nights later, then road games at Atlanta on Oct. 12 and a home date with Indiana on Oct. 13. The regular season begins Oct. 20 at San Antonio, airing on NBC and Peacock. Oklahoma City's record remains 0-0 with no games played this fall.

Payroll Sets the Backdrop

Thomas Sorber, Ajay Mitchell, Otega Oweh and Hartenstein are each working back from lower-body issues, all carrying the same Oct. 1 target return. Payroll measures $216.2M, above the $200.4M luxury tax line and the first apron — the backdrop the four new camp deals arrive into.
